Whilst we normally offer a full design, manufacture and installation service, for certain projects a supply-only option works better for the customer. Here we take you through that process by looking at Maggie & Rose’s new club in Singapore, where we provided a remote design and consultation service and supplied the play equipment with an in-depth manual and remote construction support from the UK.

It was the first time we’d gone down the soft play supply only route with Maggie & Rose, due to COVID-19 we were unable to confirm when we could travel to site, so this was the best option to avoid any delay to completing the project. The design was developed over scheduled video calls between Tigerplay and Maggie & Rose, with meticulous attention-to-detail on the site plans and measurements!

Once the design was signed off, we began work on the technical drawings and assembly instructions for the Shanghai team to put the bespoke play space together. The play area was made up of a timber frame with stainless steel play equipment and soft furnishings. The installation went smoothly and our team were available at the end of the phone should the Shanghai installation team have had any questions.
