Little Olive's Play Café

An enchanting and nurturing space to play

Alison and Jess, the founders of Little Olives, approached Tigerplay with a vision: to create a woodland-inspired soft play café in Malvern, UK, that would nurture children’s development through play while offering a welcoming space for parents. Their brief included a mix of soft play, sensory, and role play zones, all tied together with an enchanting woodland theme.

A play cafe for children and their grown ups

The result is a truly magical interior where play equipment blends seamlessly into the natural aesthetic. The design prioritises adults as well as children, with a calming and stylish interior, comfortable seating, and a carefully curated café menu: the key components for a successful high street play café.

Setting the scene for physical and imaginative play

The play area features a climbing wall with bespoke woodland artwork, two timber play frames, hand-stitched soft play pieces, a sensory den, and a role play village. Children can climb, slide, and explore to their hearts’ content, developing motor skills and enjoying imaginative play. Hemisphere windows add a playful touch, giving little ones the chance to wave at the grown ups enjoying the café.
