Elevating a Role Play Offering

The Little Lancashire Village is a wonderful collection of role play villages in the North West of England and we were thrilled to design, manufacture and install the central play structure for their latest site in Brownhill.

Fun and Stylish Play Features

We were tasked with creating a play structure with a modern yet rustic feel. We opted for a fresh, zesty colour palette for the play features and a light stain to the timber play frame. We also used Robinia wood posts to create a giant tepee with soft seats, perfect for little gatherings around the imaginary fire…

The play area is packed full of fun and stylish play features, like the bespoke wooden wall puzzle games and olive green spiral slide.

Key Safety Considerations

Visibility was a key consideration in this design. The play structure was to be situated in the middle of the room so it needed to compliment the role play shops surrounding it, we also wanted to make sure parents could see where their little ones would be playing! We achieved this by keeping the tepee open, adding a rope bridge to the middle area of the play frame and lots of windows.
