We offered a full consultation, design, manufacture and installation service for Nannie Annies in South Woodford, UK. We transformed all the rooms throughout the nursery into playful, modern and contemporary environments aligned with Nannie Annies’ ethos; fostering play and exploration to enhance learning and development.
A Calm and Cohesive Interior
Whether sleeping rooms, soft play corners, role play areas or arts and crafts spaces; each zone has a cohesive colour scheme and natural flow to ensure both children and staff can get the most out of each day and ensure their experience is a safe, calming and joyful one.
Functional and Fun
A big consideration in the design process was functionality. The rooms needed to have multiple uses (e.g. arts and crafts, music and nap time) so we had to include storage, play equipment and supplies to each room without affecting the neat and tidy aesthetic. Care was taken to include subtle cabinetry around the play equipment, like over the role play kitchen.
The End Result
The staff at Nannie Annies tasked us with cultivating an environment of discovery that fosters a love of learning and after working closely with them to understand how these spaces needed to work for the staff and children, we achieved that.
