We were delighted to partner with Morning Star Nursery to design and install a bespoke soft play area that makes the very most of a compact footprint. The challenge was to create a space that would keep children engaged day after day in their nursery, while supporting both energetic play and quieter moments.

Maximising a Small Space

Working within a limited area meant every feature had to count. Our design layers multiple activities into the play space, offering climbing challenges and interactive play options that suit children of varying ages and abilities. This way, little ones can grow with the space, returning again and again to discover something new each time.

A Place to Rest and Reset

To complement the active play zones, we designed a hidden sensory spot tucked away from the main area. This calm corner gives children the chance to relax, take five, and reset before heading back into play; an important addition for nurseries focused on child wellbeing.

Imaginative Play at Scale

Alongside the fitted play structure, we supplied a giant soft play set. These oversized, versatile blocks invite endless creativity, whether children are building a car, a rocket ship, or a cosy little house. This flexible element adds variety and ensures the play space never feels the same twice.
