How We Create
From design, manufacture, installation through to aftercare
Everything we do is aimed at creating play spaces where families and children can be together, play and create wonderful memories. Wherever you are in the world, we offer each of our clients an unrivalled service from the initial concept, through to the finished installation and aftercare. We recognise that no two children’s play are the same, so why should the projects be?
1. Devise a brief
After our initial meeting, we work with you to establish a brief that works for you, your budget and your clientele. We’ll work together to identify exactly what you need the play space to achieve. This will take into account important considerations like accessibility, branding and building restraints.
2. Concept Design
We get to work in producing a detailed, fully-costed 3D design, working from plans or a site survey. We offer sophisticated Virtual Reality-walkthroughs of our designs and provide samples of the materials we will use, so you can truly experience the look and feel of your play space before we even begin construction.
3. Development design
Once you are content with these plans, and together we have signed off on the concept, we take a comprehensive site survey to enable us to begin work on the more precise, technical design. We then provide you with highly detailed General Arrangement drawings (think blueprints) for your agreement ahead of final production.
4. Production begins
We then begin manufacturing your bespoke play equipment. Everything is made in our UK workshops, using sustainable materials wherever possible. Every element of the design is crafted and perfected by our skilled craftspeople, so it is ready for assembly. The completed pieces then go through rigorous quality control, packing and collation.
5. Dedicated delivery or shipment
We only send our equipment on dedicated vehicles ourselves, or via our trusted transport partners, whether the project is here in the UK or overseas. This ensures full oversight, helping us all stick to our time plans.
6. Installation
Our experienced installers guarantee a safe and seamless installation, working to the highest play safety standards and complying with R0SPA Play Safety guidelines, complying with both USA ADA and UK DDA where appropriate.
7. Hand over
We walk through the play area with you to get your final sign-off. To provide ongoing support, we provide you with a bespoke operations manual, which contains everything you need to know about looking after and maintaining your new play space. We will then liaise with the RoSPA or The Play Inspector to arrange your play safety report.

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, providing approximate costs is best achieved by us looking at your prospective space and providing some sample design ideas and prices based on this sizing. Get in touch and a member of our sales team would be happy to carry out this exercise for you.

We work to ROSPA Play Safety guidelines which incorporate European Playground Equipment safety standards (BS EN 1176).
We use sustainable materials wherever possible from FSC timber to reduced PVC faux leathers. Our soft play is made in house with recycled foam products and we use acoustic panels produced from recycled plastic bottles. Our passion for play goes hand in hand with our commitment to reducing our environmental impact; providing spaces that are fun, beautiful and sustainable.
